Meet The Visionary
Lacey S., M.S., CCC-SLP
Lacey has been a certified and practicing speech language pathologist for 4 years. She attended Georgia State University for her undergraduate degree and Alabama A&M University where she received her Master’s in Communicative Sciences & Disorders. Lacey entered the field of speech pathology because she felt that it would be a perfect blend between educating children and helping them become better communicators.
Her experience includes the early intervention pediatric outpatient setting and public/charter school setting working with children in grades K-8th.
Lacey has experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Apraxia, Phonological Processes, Expressive and Receptive Language Disorders, Learning Disabilities, Oral Motor Disorders, and Stuttering to name a few.
The best part of Lacey’s job is the opportunity she receives to work alongside patients and their families to provide them with foundational speech skills necessary to ensure optimal quality of life. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
Lacey has a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology, awarded by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed by the Georgia State Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology.
